Return & Cancellation Policy
These policies apply to products purchased from PixelMax through our website, store, or other authorized sales channels. They are intended to provide clear information regarding order cancellation, returns, shipping, product condition, and warranty coverage. Where a product-specific policy, manufacturer warranty, invoice, or written quotation provides different terms, the applicable product-specific terms will prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible using PixelMax support details.
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to stock status and order-processing stage.
Once an order has been dispatched, it will generally be handled under the applicable return policy rather than as a simple cancellation.
Specially configured, customized, sourced-on-request, or otherwise non-standard products may not be cancellable once processing has started.
If PixelMax cancels an order because an item is unavailable, incorrectly listed, materially affected by a pricing or inventory error, or cannot reasonably be fulfilled, any eligible payment will be refunded.
Approved refunds will normally be made through the original payment method; bank or payment-gateway processing times may vary.
2. Return Policy
A return request should normally be raised within 7 calendar days of delivery for an eligible product.
The product must be returned with proof of purchase and, where applicable, original packaging, charger, battery, cables, manuals, accessories, and promotional items.
Products must not show misuse, liquid damage, unauthorized repair or modification, broken seals where relevant, or other customer-caused damage.
Customers must remove personal accounts, passwords, activation locks, SIM cards, memory cards, and personal data before returning a device.
Returns may be refused where the issue is caused by normal wear and tear, accidental damage, software configuration, malware, user modification, or use contrary to manufacturer instructions.
PixelMax may inspect and test a returned product before confirming replacement or refund eligibility.
For refurbished products, normal cosmetic signs consistent with the disclosed grade or condition are not considered defects.
Clearance, open-box, as-is, or final-sale products may have restricted or no return eligibility where this is clearly disclosed before purchase.
3. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If a product arrives with visible transit damage, notify PixelMax promptly and, where practical, retain photographs of the package and product.
If the product received is materially different from the product ordered, PixelMax will review the issue and, where validated, arrange an appropriate replacement, return, or refund.
For a reported defect, PixelMax may first troubleshoot or inspect the product and may direct the customer to an authorized service centre where manufacturer warranty applies.
A defect that can reasonably be repaired under an applicable warranty may be handled through repair rather than immediate replacement or refund.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed after cancellation or return eligibility has been confirmed.
Where approved, the refund will generally correspond to the eligible amount actually paid for the relevant product.
Shipping, transaction, installation, customization, or other charges may be excluded where the applicable policy or law permits.
Refunds are normally issued to the original payment method. Processing times are controlled partly by banks and payment providers.
If replacement is agreed instead of refund, replacement is subject to stock availability.
5. Shipping & Delivery Policy
PixelMax ships to locations displayed or confirmed at the time of order; availability may vary by product and destination.
Estimated delivery dates are guidance and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.
Delivery may be delayed by stock availability, address issues, payment verification, courier disruption, weather, holidays, regulatory requirements, or events beyond reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details.
Where delivery requires OTP, signature, identification, or other confirmation, the customer or authorized recipient may be required to provide it.
Customers should inspect the outer package at delivery where practical. If materially damaged or tampered with, document the condition and notify PixelMax promptly.
If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect address, repeated delivery failure, or refusal unrelated to product damage or PixelMax error, additional shipping charges may apply before re-dispatch.
For high-value devices, PixelMax may use tracking, signature-on-delivery, OTP verification, or other reasonable delivery controls.
6. Warranty Policy
Warranty coverage depends on the product, condition, manufacturer, seller warranty stated on the invoice or product page, and the terms communicated at purchase.
New products are generally covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty where offered and applicable.
Refurbished or used products may carry a PixelMax seller warranty, manufacturer warranty, third-party warranty, or no warranty, depending on the listing. The applicable warranty period should be confirmed on the product page, quotation, or invoice.
Warranty claims normally require valid proof of purchase and the product serial number or other identifying information.
Warranty service may involve troubleshooting, inspection, repair, component replacement, product replacement, or another remedy permitted by the applicable warranty.
Warranty normally does not cover accidental damage, liquid/moisture damage, physical abuse, broken ports caused by misuse, unauthorized repairs or modifications, normal cosmetic wear, consumables, or damage caused by incompatible accessories or software, unless expressly covered.
Battery and other consumable warranty coverage may differ from the main device and will follow the applicable product or manufacturer warranty.
Warranty coverage may be void or restricted if a serial number, security label, warranty seal, or other identifying mark has been removed or materially altered, where applicable.
For refurbished devices, cosmetic imperfections consistent with the disclosed grade are not warranty defects.
7. Warranty Claims
Contact PixelMax with your name, invoice/order number, product details, serial number where applicable, and a description of the issue.
PixelMax may request photographs, videos, diagnostic information, or other reasonable evidence.
The product may need to be brought or shipped to PixelMax or an authorized service centre for inspection.
Customers should back up personal data before service. PixelMax is not responsible for loss of personal data where the customer has not maintained a backup, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
If a claim is approved, the applicable repair, replacement, or other remedy will be provided according to the relevant warranty terms and applicable law.
8. Refurbished & Pre-Owned Products
Refurbished and pre-owned products are inspected and tested according to the stated condition or grade.
Because these products have had prior use, minor cosmetic signs may be present and do not necessarily indicate a defect.
Battery health, cosmetic condition, accessories, and included components may vary and will be described where relevant.
Unless specifically stated, refurbished products should not be assumed to have the same cosmetic condition or battery performance as brand-new products.
Any condition grading or product-specific warranty stated on the product page, quotation, or invoice forms part of the purchase terms.
9. Customer Data & Device Privacy
Customers are responsible for backing up and removing personal data, accounts, passwords, SIM cards, memory cards, and activation locks before returning or submitting a device for service.
PixelMax may reset, diagnose, repair, or otherwise process a device as reasonably necessary to fulfill a return, warranty, repair, or support request.
Handling of personal information is governed by the PixelMax Privacy Policy.
10. General Exclusions
Nothing in these policies is intended to exclude or limit any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
PixelMax is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including courier disruption, natural disasters, government restrictions, network failures, strikes, or other force majeure events.
Product-specific terms, manufacturer warranty terms, and applicable law may provide additional rights or obligations.
